You and I know what it is like to lose our sense of self in endless doing.
We know what it's like to feel as if we are carrying the weight of other people's needs and expectations around as we work, perhaps pick up kids and race from one thing to another in a constant stream of doing so we feel empty inside.

We will set off to find the gold in the shadows and along the way we will collect the magical gifts as seen in all the best fairytales.

What I loved about working with Moira was how practical it was. She uses a set structure to give you answers and then gives you clear tasks to do. Moira has lived a varied life and brings all of this experience to her sessions.
